i would like to know the difference between all of these head microGel racquets.

Well, they are all completely different racquets, I've never heard of the mojo or monster so they are probably either beginners racquets or Head's bargan bin racquets.
The prestige is Head's player's racquet, its heavy, has a very dense string pattern (which means more control and less spin and power) and is extremely flexible.
the radical is more or less a lighter and more flexible version of the prestige.
the extreme is head's answer to the pure drive, its light and stiff, if you've hit with a babolat you'll know what your getting with this, its great for baseline bashers and big servers.
The instinct is similar to the radical, but is much stiffer so it will have more power.
