- Get a tennis ball. Many of you will have one around the house.
- Lie down on the couch or bed with the tennis ball under your back, just on the outside of your shoulder blade. Don't lie on the floor; it will put too much pressure on your back.

- After about a minute, move your body over the ball to another stress knot. You will know it when you find it-it will be the uncomfortable spot!
- You want to keep the pressure on for at least a minute on each spot as it takes that long for the point to release and the muscle to "forget" to tighten up again.
- Do this each day under each shoulder blade. You will notice improvement immediately and feeling that good will motivate you to continue the "Miracle Tennis Ball Cure."

Mario Kart Wii? (??????Wii?) is a racing game developed by Nintendo Entertainment Analysis and Development and published by Nintendo for the Wii console. Need a Tennis Racquet Suggestion Please HELP!?
Hi, I am going to get a new tennis racquet, I am just not sure which one to get. Can you guys suggest what racquet would be good for me? xD I currently use the Babolat Drive Z Lite, but it is too light for me, also it doesn't generate much power. I like to hit the ball hard and I am looking for a good racquet that will be good for me in the long run, I am always getting better and I am looking for a better frame. I like to use topspin and I like to slice, I really like to hit winners.
My stats are: I am a 4.0 player, have been playing tennis for 3 years at a club and 6 years recreationly. I am 15 5'7 145 very strong 15 inch arm, im looking to generate own power not have racquet do it for me, so price 175-210 bucks for racquet frame alone. Next year will probably be at a high 4.0 level.
